Yueqing Li specializes in labor law and corporate compliance, including employment, human resource management, labor dispute resolution, litigation, FCPA and other foreign anti-corruption and commercial bribery matters.
Ms. Li regularly advises dozens of listed and private companies both in China or worldwide. She has dedicated herself to providing legal services including drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and other company regulations, negotiating employment contracts, negotiating with employees over dispute resolution on behalf of enterprises, representing clients in labor dispute arbitration and litigation, and investigating potential employee violations of company compliance policies. In addition, she has extensive experience in formulation and implementation of employee placement programs during corporate restructuring, relocation, closure, merger and acquisition, and reorganization
