David is currently a member of the management committee of Landing law firm and director of International Investment and Trade Department.David has got an extensive professional knowledge and working experiences. He studied business management before studying law. He received the degree of Bachelor of Economics and Master of Law as well. In 1999, he started working in administrative positions  and  later  worked  as in-house lawyer at large listed company. Since 2006 he works as practicing lawyer.

David is familiar with the practice of international trade/FDI in China. His knowledge and professional experiences make him outstanding at cross-border commercial dispute resolution  (i.e., mediation, arbitration and litigation). He often acts for clients at arbitration or litigation relating to international goods sales, FDI, cross-border transportation, etc. He is also very experienced at dealing with disputes regarding general commercial contracts, transactions of real properties, investment, etc.
