Labor and Compliance Department is one of the earliest established departments of Landing Law Offices, consistently committed to providing professional, high-quality and efficient legal services in the areas of labor law and corporate compliance for our clients.

The Department comprises of senior partners, associates and paralegals among whom there is close collaboration, strong teamwork and complementary advantages. All of the senior partners used to study or work abroad, and they possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with issues relevant to labor and employment law and in improving management and compliance for domestic and multinational enterprises. The attorneys on our team are able to provide legal services in Chinese, English, and Russian. In addition to serving as a solution provider for clients in mainland China, we are competent to provide our clients with labor and compliance legal support regarding cross-border investments through our overseas branches and cooperative organizations.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising documents concerning human resource management, e.g. labor contracts, collective contracts, reward and discipline systems, salary systems,performance appraisal systems, attendance and leave systems, etc.
